Reckoning Day

Three years in the making, Reckoning Day has finally been completed after one of the most challenging shoots ever attempted in the UK.

Director Julian Gilbey & Producer James Hutchins set out to de-glamorise the action film genre replacing glossy visuals with a manic handheld horror at the carnage through the many action sequences in the film.

The huge ambitions of the script soon became apparent and led to a colossal 185 day shoot, ranging from battle sequences in sub zero temperatures in the mountains to death defying 90ft cliff jumps on the North Cornish Coast in the height of summer.

Every member of the Cast & Crew were pushed to their absolute limits in order for RECKONING DAY to be realised on film.

With some of the most incredible stunt work ever achieved within the Independent Circuit, RECKONING DAY assaults the senses as the most intense British action film yet.
